The Symbolon AG was founded in 1996 by Christine Kranz in Liechtenstein (in Europe). Since its establishment it achieves pioneering work in the use of images, symbols and archetypes in personality-, team and organizational development. The key concept is the Symbolon-Method. It is globally the only method that is based entirely on the reflection of images and symbols, and that ensures through the visual anchors the transfer of knowledge in the economy. This method serves executives as access to self-reflection and allows rethinking in order to generate sustainable solutions. With the Symbolon Reflection Model and the Symbolon Reflection Process knowledge and implementation processes of decision-makers are supported, represented and made evaluable. The Symbolon-Profile Intensive is a very comprehensive and thorough analysis. Within the Symbolon AG is a training centre, the Symbolon-Academy.
