1 part pizza shop, 2 parts social enterprise Jack's Pizza is a 13 year old business; 2 years into our conversion from a sole proprietorship into an employee owned company. Our mission is to create sustainable economic mobility for restaurant workers living in the rural regions we serve. Through year round training, development and employing democracy in the workplace, we're on the frontlines with our workers to create opportunities for those that have a desire for growth.
