Similarly, we do not start with a fixed plan, but we build a flexible agenda with all the factors that should be developed gradually and adapting to the coordinates of each moment. Strategy, innovation, organizational change and employee development are the areas we usually work in. For us, the generation of meaning is always a key factor for success: it is essential to analyze and act according to the shared values f the people in the organization.
