I am the founder of this consultancy advising education leaders and governing bodies, specifically in the areas of personal / professional development, assessment and recruitment. I am engaged by governing bodies to conduct 360-degree appraisals for Head Teachers including reporting, managing feedback and creating development plans. I also coach and mentor Head Teachers. In addition, I advise international education recruiters as a prep school specialist, including client liaison and assessment of professional competence and cultural fit.
