At SAPL, we follow Total Quality Management and have a robust Quality Management System in place, adhering to the most commonly used PPAP & QMS systems. Our capabilities include a technologically advanced High-Pressure Die Casting Division with automatic HPDC machines from renowned brands from Taiwan, Japan, China, and Italy, and an in-house Precision Machining Division with CNC/VMC, SPM operations enabling us to provide a ''ready-to-assemble'' solution to the customer. SAPL's in-house quality equipment includes a spectrometer for metal chemical analysis along with standard instruments & a strong standard room along with outsourced activities through sister concerns like CMM, X-Ray & Others as per the customer's requirements. Our current manufacturing volume ranges at 200 tons of melting & supplying 400,000 components per month to various parts of the world.
