Coastal Performance is the vision of the ownership team of Brendan Hayden and Hunter McMillan. The facility, conveniently located in Palm Beach Gardens, is designed to provide a world-class training option for both athletic and general fitness populations with a focus on individualized goal achievement and program design. Coastal Performance utilizes a unique to the area Semi-Private training model, which allows clients to train in groups of up to four, yet remain on their own program designed specifically for them. This program will be updated monthly using a comprehensive assessment and goal setting plan. Clients will find that this system allows for easier scheduling, more training time for their money, and a fun motivating environment not found in traditional one-on-one personal training. Athletes will find Coastal Performance to be the only facility in the area that has the specialized equipment and program design knowledge to get them ready to play in the fastest safest manner possible. Our 12 week Athletic Performance Programs use proven speed, agility, and strength progressions to guarantee results. Future Stars Speed and Skill Development Programs are designed for athletes under the age of 12, who will flourish in our fun yet safe environment during those years of crucial development that lay the groundwork for future athletic success.
