Nhyiraba Center for Training and Development
www.nacdat.orgNhyiraba Center for Training and Development was established on 7th January 2019 by Nhyiraba Amoah in her quest to see change among young children. Most children in her community were squatters, which means they did not have permanent accommodation, they moved from house to house depending on what was available. The founder observed that some of these children either drop out of school to engage in child deviant behaviors or to work. They did not have any motivation to stay in school or pursue a dream. She then started an educational club called Golden Jewels, meeting every Saturday, teaching them Christian and moral values such as cleanliness, personal and environmental hygiene, personal grooming, respect, timing, how to study, how to read and write, how to handle sexual harassment, drugs and many others. The aim of the club was to encourage children to build good behaviors and stay in school. In 2020 the organization was registered as Nhyira-Ba Foundation Ghana in order to reach more children, with the aim of advocating, training, supporting and educating children. And in 2021 the name was changed to Nhyiraba Center for Training and Development which is geared towards developing children to become leaders ready to make impact in society. Motto Ready To Impact! Mission Empowering young children to become leaders by removing barriers that inhibit them from achieving their societal function. Vision To empower millions of children to become impactful leaders Operational Areas Leadership Training. Skills Acquisition. Career Development Child Rights Advocacy.
