The variety of people and their nationalities has no limit in Connect House. Residents are professional cooks, salarymen, graphic designers, people in the catering sector, teachers, international students and others looking for a comfortable, yet rich experience. Connect House provides a means to share different experiences and ways of life between its residents. A sharehouse is a shared home of diverse cultures. All these people live in this community called Connect House, together. Our Connect House staff is composed of a multicultural team that can adapt to a large variety of cultures. They live in the facilities in order to assist tenants as best as they can, it can be for simple everyday tasks but also for more complex ones such as assisting the integration procedures that long-term international tenants undergo once in Japan. By providing living quarters for individuals who share their time and interests with others we wish to create a lasting community that each tenant can refer to. As a tenant you will be building a special bond with other flatmates and will experience a lasting relationship, may it be personal or professional. We have lectures, social gatherings, seminars and other events for our Connect House tenants. In the past, we have had: - Cooking seminars for: Singaporean cuisine, etc… - Courses in: Restaurant management, Store development, etc… - Lectures: Wine lectures and tasting, sushi lectures by Mr. Fukue, accounts and finance lectures, etc… - Presentations by: Mojo coffee company by Mr. Gianoutsos, Potluck International by Mr. Hirata, etc…
