Oporto British School (OBS), located in Foz do Douro, Porto, Portugal, is the oldest British school in mainland Europe, established in 1894. It is a private, day school for both boys and girls, aged 3 to 18 with approximately 500 pupils on roll. It follows a British curriculum until the completion of the IGCSE. Senior pupils then study the IB Diploma Programme and many go on to Higher Education in the UK, Portugal and to many other international locations.
