Based in Glasgow, Healing for the Heart is a local community based charity which promotes a holistic approach to mental and emotional health by offering 1:1 sessions, group work, training and support for individuals and organisations. Our holistic work looks at the impact that mind, body and spirit have on each other both positively and negatively. We operate as a social business and look to provide our service to paying clients or organisations as a way to sustain our pro bono work for those who have financial challenges which impede them being able to utilise a service like ours. We are truly person centred, building bespoke packages to suit the needs of the individual, group or organisation with which we partner. For businesses who want to support the health and well being of their employees, we offer packages of 1:1 support sessions as well as training. We believe that it is possible, together, to end the stigma of mental health by empowering and connecting communities.
