Currently working real estate transactions in KS, MO, OR, WA, and MA. Manage and coordinate all contract paperwork. Ensure all paperwork is submitted to office compliance, cooperating agents, clients and review all documents and correspondence for accuracy. Maintain closing schedules for clients and employees. Submit commission statements to title companies/attorneys and cooperating agent's title companies. Continue support with contract documents, title companies, attorneys, clients and co-oping agents through the closing process of each transaction. Maintain contract transaction software. Familiar with systems in several large companies such as Keller Williams, Reece Nichols, Platinum Realty, Realty One, plus several small boutique brokerages as well. Proficient in Dotloop, Skyslope, many MLS systems, multiple CRMs, and willing to learn more!
