Southeastern Laboratories, Inc. A new construction project and major expansion was completed in the '90s that provided SEL with their current multi-building, modern complex facility. A fully dedicated 'quality commitment to operations and maintenance' (QCO&M) program was put in place to maintain all SEL operations at efficient, "eco-friendly" and "state-of-the-art" performance levels. Incorporated in 1973, SEL is in its fifth decade of providing water treatment services and products to a wide range of industrial, commercial, governmental, and institutional users. In 2016, SEL expanded its offerings to include a plant-based water treatment program as a replacement option for their chemical treatment programs.
