We opened Change Now CrossFit in February of 2019 in Kansas City, MO with the desire to build an open friendly environment for all fitness levels. We have members that had never been in a gym before to former college athletes and many in between. We offer CrossFit classes as well as personal training to meet your individual goals. Our CrossFit programming overs strength, conditioning, and skills training utilizing Olympic and power lifting, gymnastics, and many other movements to delivered so each workout is constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity. All of this is delivered by a CrossFit training Level 1 or 2 coach to ensure proper and safe performance of every movement. Our programming is delivered in a way that is fun, challenging and never boring. We have a strong community of people working together to be fitter than we were yesterday.
