Jim White, president of JWFS, had a vision to open a franchise of fitness studios that would have the raw passion, enduring motivation, and extreme optimism to help people change their lives. With that goal in mind, he chose trainers who embodied these characteristics and his dream became a reality. Jim White Fitness Studios was established in November of 2005. Business began to grow at an exceedingly fast pace. In 2006, Jim opened a second location on Laskin Road. The buzz was out, the product delivered, and the results proven! As two years passed, the studios outgrew their locations again. Jim discovered that in addition to superb personal training, the market was looking for a complete nutrition resource. He also realized that proper nutrition guidance was a big reason so many of his clients had such tremendous results. So he relocated the Shore Drive studio, incorporating it into a bigger and better studio on Great Neck Road; he also changed the name of the business to Jim White Fitness and Nutrition Studios. He included not only room for personal training, but also a nutrition studio where nutrition classes and boot camp programs could be held to educate clients about the importance of healthy eating. Today, JWFNS continues to grow and thrive as it is named among the top in the fitness and nutrition industry. It has literally helped hundreds lose thousands and Jim and his staff's passion to help others live healthier lives continues to shine!
