Koon Chun Sauce Factory is a leading Hong Kong manufacturer and distributor of soy-bean based sauces for retail and catering from Hong Kong to worldwide. Found in 1928 on the Main Street of Kowloon City then resettled in Yuen Long in the New Territories - the present premise, keeping the "Made in Hong Kong" motto for 90 years. All of our soy-bean based sauces (Hoisin Sauce, Thin Soy Sauce, Black Soy Sauce, Chee Hou Sauce, etc.) are manufactured using premium Canadian non-genetically-modified soy beans. Sauces are brewed in traditional Cantonese methods inherited over generations - fermented under the sun naturally for months with sea salt, free from artificial additives. Sauces are then pasteurized and packed through the modern and hygienic production line, maintaining product quality and consistency. Koon Chun integrating social responsibility into our business and contributing to the communities that we serve via nutrition-based education programs. By holding regular group visits from educational institutions to learn about modern food safety systems and our Hong Kong cultural heritage.
