Virtual Assistant providing Executive Administration & Social Media support to SMB's and Directors. * Administrator of the Year 2014 & 2015 * Excellence in Administration 2015 ▪ Marketing support - day to day liaison with external marketing suppliers & telemarketers ▪ Research business opportunities for discussion with Director/s ▪ Attending networking with or on behalf of Director/s ▪ Diary Management (Director level) ▪ Email management (Director level) ▪ Liaising with clients to arrange meetings ▪ Assisting in on-boarding of new clients ▪ Ensure prospective clients are carefully managed through to becoming clients ▪ Devising and maintaining office systems including data management & filing ▪ Maintaining client records ▪ Arrange training courses/events and client social gatherings ▪ Organise monthly client and prospect lunches ▪ Arranging accommodation and travel ▪ Undertaking research projects and present findings ▪ Minute meetings as and when necessary ▪ Run odd errands occasionally (Post office etc) ▪ Monitor and re-order stationery items ▪ Produce documents, reports and presentations ▪ Collating all invoices – liaise with external bookkeeper ▪ Other ad hoc duties as required from time to time I also help my clients to grow their social media presence and perfect their online brand marketing.
