The Three Rivers Chapter of The National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD) is a membership organization focused on promoting good corporate governance practices in Pittsburgh, Cleveland, Cincinnati and Buffalo. The Three Rivers Chapter was founded on the belief that good corporate governance is the key to building strong economies. Membership in the NACD provides directors and governance professionals outside of the boardroom with a forum to deepen their knowledge of leading practices, discover emerging governance trends and broaden their peer-to-peer networks.
