Properties currently financed include single-family residences (stick built and true modular), multifamily to 8 units, new construction and commercial properties. LTV will vary according to property and strength of borrower. Up to 70% financing is available base on the ARV of the property. Seller seconds and gift money are not allowed on our programs. Loan amounts can be as low as $50,000.00.
