Leviathan Energy was formed in 2006 in order to provide game changing technologies, which will transform the renewable energy market on a global scale. By utilizing the physics of fluid dynamics, Leviathan has created wind, hydro and wave powered products that fundamentally change the economics of investing in alternative energy technologies. Many of the technologies were developed in Israel, but now Leviathan has relocated its headquarters to the United States. Leviathan is the parent company to many of the individual technology based divisions: • Leviathan Wind Energizer: Has developed a way of improving the output of large horizontal axis wind turbines (HAWTs) by over 30% by changing the wind before it hits the turbine. • Pioneer Valley Renewables: Hydrokinetic turbines (run of river, tidal, ocean current) proven by third-party testing in the Connecticut River. Results showed PVR turbines to be well over 100% more effective (based on water speed) than control turbines using current technology. • Flower Turbines: Unique small vertical axis turbines (VAWTs) that are not only beautiful but their aerodynamics enables them to start at lower speeds and benefit each other by 20% when correctly clustered. • Leviathan Energy Hydroelectric: We take areas of excess pressure in piping systems and turn it into electricity at high efficiency, while maintaining the integrity of the piping system. Other technologies not yet incorporated: • Small horizontal wind turbines using the same technology as underwater turbines. • Ocean wave turbines.
