Henley Business School Germany supports leaders in managing change in their organisations, namely in the context of aglity, authenticity and the assumption of responsibility by staff members. Traditional approaches for change focus on processes and projects. This approach works less and less: a recent study found that only 20 percent of organisations say that their change efforts are successful. One reason for this is that the emotional part of change is neglected: humans are open up for change if they are emotionally involved. That’s why our leadership development combines rational and emotional views and incorporates most recent insights from leadership science, communications, psychology and neurosciences into ‚Reflective Development‘.
