Homeowners and design professionals are always welcome on the building sites and are encouraged to be integral members of our teams. Our Bedford Hills headquarters hums like a finely tuned engine, thanks to the guidance of Vice President Jan Corning. Communication is paramount in the office where the staff is trained and eager to find answers and solutions. The Timberline construction management system enables us to execute a smooth home building process, from bidding the project to scheduling sub-contractors and deliveries. As your construction manager, we will strive to build the best product for the best price in the most efficient time. Brenner Builders works on a fixed-fee basis that is based on time. We order your chosen materials and products, pass on our professional discounts, and coordinate your direct payment of invoices with no additional mark up.
