USE, a European public/private partnership, aims to unite the stakeholder communities in the fields of non-military manually operated, automated and autonomous vehicle (MAA) systems deployed in the aerial, terrestrial, nautical and space environments. 𝗢𝗣𝗘𝗥𝗔𝗧𝗢𝗥𝗦 | A special focus is placed on corporate entities (start-ups, micro companies, SMEs, large companies), non-corporate organisations, and public bodies conducting, or planning to conduct, professional operations [commercial and non-commercial (including corporate operations)] with MAA systems. 𝗖𝗢𝗢𝗥𝗗𝗜𝗡𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡 & 𝗖𝗢𝗢𝗣𝗘𝗥𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡 & 𝗛𝗔𝗥𝗠𝗢𝗡𝗜𝗭𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡 | The intent of USE is to produce, in total transparency and in coordination with all relevant regulatory authorities and stakeholders, without duplicating existing efforts, documents & services that are relevant for the creation and growth of a harmonized, sustainable and socially acceptable market for the safe operation of MAA systems for all possible current and future purposes at national, European and international levels. The documents produced will include concept papers, position papers, recommendations, reports, reviews and comments. 𝗔𝗪𝗔𝗥𝗘𝗡𝗘𝗦𝗦 & 𝗔𝗖𝗖𝗘𝗦𝗦 𝗧𝗢 𝗜𝗡𝗙𝗢𝗥𝗠𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡 | With the objective of increasing awareness and simplifying & improving access to all relevant information, USE aims to create an extensive online repository for the entire MAA systems community. 𝗡𝗘𝗪 𝗧𝗘𝗖𝗛𝗡𝗢𝗟𝗢𝗚𝗜𝗘𝗦 | Furthermore, USE aims at identifying and connecting with the producers of all existing and developing technologies and technological concepts of interest to further the development & growth MAA systems market.
