Metalkov, established in 1990, is a dynamic industrial family company located in the Czech Republic, Europe. The firm is focusing on surface treatment of steel structures by blasting and metallization. Its R+D department has been developing and implementing advanced industrial technologies to provide cutting edge services for customers worldwide. The current technological background allows metal surface treatment of heavily oversized metal parts and structures; limited only by transport possibilities. With the construction of an industrial hall, a paint shop and a blasting box in 1997, the company created solid conditions for international clients often requiring oversize metal parts works. The production premises were further expanded in the years 2003 to 2005 with the construction of a new hall, gantry cranes and another paint shop, including special drying rooms. In 2015, the largest investment in the company's history was completed - the construction of an incinerator for gaseous emissions generated during painting and the construction of a large-scale paint shop, including dispatch facilities. In the new covered premises with an area of 3,300 m2, a washing box, a corundum blasting booth, a metallization booth and gantry cranes with a load capacity of 10 tons are installed.
