Black Wealth Culture is a community that taps into the power of teamwork and collaboration, the kind of behavior that grows companies. We focus on supporting the entrepreneur in improving their business’s internal and external functions for the long-term sustainability of their venture. We holistically approach business-building with the mindset that the only opponent each member has to face is themselves. Our business-building culture and approach are through the lens of the black perspective. Historically, Black entrepreneurs have consistently dealt with the typical difficulties of launching a business on top of enduring racial injustice behaviors, and systems aim to see them fail. We invest our time and efforts into each member to fully support them on their entrepreneurial journey. As a result-oriented community, each entering member must complete a 10-week business operational acceleration titled Mansa Hall. This acceleration ensures that the entering member is ready to achieve level 2 within the community.
