Mama Maria, whose recipes are the inspiration for Fiamma 41's food program, was born in Matera, Italy, where she learned how to prepare only the most authentically decadent Italian cuisine from her mother. Mama Maria's flare for only the highest quality Italian food has since been passed on to her children, who decided to open Fiamma 41 using her recipes as the cornerstone.
