Association of Registration Management, Inc. ("ARM") works with industry and regulators to improve processes affecting the Registration and Licensing arenas in our industry. Members of the Executive Board represent some of this industry's top and largest broker/dealer and investment advisor firms. We hold spring and winter networking events, quarterly member-only conference calls and an annual educational conference every March where speakers from FINRA, NASAA, SEC and industry attend. In 2015, we celebrated our 40th year serving our industry. Our membership is comprised of individuals representing 100+ firms. Each of us share common challenges and seek common solutions to simplify, clarify and streamline our work process. ARM acts as industry's voice to the regulatory community. Membership entitles firms to timely "ARM Bulletins" which will advise of the latest developments and hot topics that may impact them; access to quarterly conference calls, and reduced conference and event rates.
