We ASPIRE to inspire and motivate people to become their best self through group exercise. We are a boutique group fitness studio located 20-minutes outside of downtown Portland, Oregon. At our core, we create community through positivity, encouragement and group accountability. We offer over 40 group classes every week, and continuously bring fresh, new and innovative classes to the schedule. Our instructors are dynamic, educated, and desire to bring out the best in everyone. We offer childcare during the prime time hours, personal training and nutrition coaching.
