While small-commercial buildings make up a third of New York City's rooftop space, solar adoption among this building class is disproportionately low--only 17%. Our vertically-integrated development, EPC, and financing solution is tailored to increase clean distributed energy adoption among small-commercial buildings in NYC by enabling no-investment participation and maximizing system values through urban-specific technologies and design.
