By utilizing a combination of rapid prototyping EBeam fabrication process, commercial CMOS-compatible DUV lithography processes, combined with our electro-optical testing and packaging resources; SiEPIC Kits will enable access to silicon photonics technology solutions to businesses and researchers. With a team of photonic engineers, SiEPIC Kits walks you through a complete design and test cycle of your photonic integrated circuit (PIC), using open-access tools and PDKs, to turn your ideas into functional prototypes. * Development and maintenance of Process Development Kits (PDKs) for your fabrication process. We enable foundry PDKs through the SiEPIC-Tools PDK Framework, an easy-to-use, user-friendly interface that is intended for designers of any level of experience. Enabling co-integration with advanced simulation tools. * Design consultation and chip layout of your PIC prototype. Electro-optical testing of the fabricated prototypes is also done in-house. * Packaging of the designed prototypes, either through in-house resources or by collaborating with third-party partners. * Fabrication send-off of the designed prototypes. Including MPW aggregation services for public users.
