SHADBOLT (DESIGN & BUILD) LIMITED is a construction company based in East London at Nelson House, 341 Lea Bridge Rd, Leyton, E10 7LA and covering the whole of NE London and much of Essex . We are a family owned business that has been around for a number of years and have been operating as a Limited company for over 8 Years. Our London office is headed by Alan Shadbolt, a qualified Surveyor by profession, with a wealth of experience gained over many years in the industry and we have recently opened a Buxton office covering much of Derbyshire which is headed by Ben Shadbolt. We offer a complete service to clients from conception, through planning etc; right up to completion and hand over. That said we are obviously more than happy to carry out work with clients own drawings or designs and can even work without drawing after establishing exactly what a client is wanting to achieve. We are flexible in our approach and will often adapt to customers circumstances. We may also be able to offer Flexible finance options via a third party. We are member of the Federation of Master Builders and are covered and recommended by the Government backed Trustmark, (details available).
