I am a native San Franciscan and professionally, I have worked in the Nursing Profession for over a decade and continue to deepen my practice. From starting as a Registered Nurse, Clinical Instructor, to a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner and now an Integrative Nurse Coach, my objective is to assist my clients to shine their inner light to feel clear and confident within themselves so that they awaken, transform, and live the life they truly deserve. What I currently see in our system is cyclical chronic struggles that result in multiple office visits, the continuous use of prescription pills, multiple invasive procedures, scans and tests, which hardly improve the problem. I have found through my practice that goal setting and thorough follow up, has been a successful way to ensure healing because it sparks a new sense of being that brings thoughts into action. But before an individual can change, the intention to change must exist first. The faith of self-restoration has been lost and I am here to help restore it. With my training and background as a Nurse, I will be the guide that shines light and perspective for each client to walk the path that brings joy, love, and internal freedom.
