Record Absolutions focuses exclusively on mitigating the effects of criminal records for clients in the District of Columbia, Maryland and Virginia, including the federal courts of DC and the Eastern District of Virginia. Principal lawyer Lisa Manning developed an interest in expungement law after working on the implementation of the District of Columbia Record Sealing Act as a Law Clerk for the DC Public Defender Service.
