The Friulian winery San Simone, founded in 1915, is the result of the tradition and oenological culture of the Brisotto family. Today, Chiara, Anna, and Antonio Brisotto continue together with passion and tenacity. San Simone has been committed for years to applying both productive and organizational techniques that address a green process, intended not only as an environmental defense but also as a rediscovered style.
