We create innovative solutions that enable people living with chronic conditions to care for themselves and transition out of the hospital environment. eQ Connect, our first project, is a mobile technology solution for independent/home dialysis that aims to simplify and reduce the intimidation associated with this self-care process. eQ Connect consists of iPad- and web-based applications that will provide enhanced connectivity, access to resources, and task management.
