I have a background in human resources, learning and development. Working in different companies allowed me to develop my skills in coaching. My expertise lies in change management, counselling and coaching individuals. My methodology and approach include NLP, Positive Psychology and Solution Based Therapy. I am inspired by improvements, and changes from being a victim to an empowered individual with choices. My clients include mothers, ladies, gentlemen, fathers, professionals, departments, teams, executives, managers, and more. Some of my best strengths and attributes are finding the best in every individual also ability to read the emotions of people. As your coach, my role is to empower you to take control of your life. In addition to coaching, I know life happens when we least expect, we just need to have skills to deal with anything.
