Founded in 1986, The Bloomsubury Alexander Centre is a well-established centre of excellence for the delivery of individual lessons, introductory courses evening courses and one-off workshops on the Alexander Technique. We are proud to be home to a team of experienced and fully qualified teachers, many of them with specialised expertise in working with musicians, actors, public speakers, athletes, cyclists, swimmers, dancers, pregnant women and people suffering with conditions such as chronic back pain, hypermobility and voice loss. Our premises, at the very heart of Central London, in the famous area of Bloomsbury, are a surprising oasis of peace and tranquility in the middle of the hustle and bustle of the city.
