Our Mission Statement: A non-profit, local Chapter of RCI offering collaborative networking and educational opportunities to maintain and improve the level of quality of the building construction industry in the Pacific Northwest, and beyond. The goals of membership include belonging to an institution that promotes 5 core goals:  Advocacy  Education  Membership  Leadership Development  Image The RCI Portland Chapter looks forward to developing a strong membership that will benefit from our educational programs and promotion of credentials for the building envelope community. We look forward to our continued relationship with the members that have made this venture possible, and to increasing our presence and membership within the community.
