Urban Vision Enterprise CIC (UVE) is a professional consultancy and social enterprise providing services in town planning, regeneration, economic development and third sector organisational development. We specialise in: planning mediation, complex negotiations, regeneration projects, neighbourhood planning, community-led development, community engagement, consultation, urban design, heritage projects, planning guidance, training and education, business planning and organisational development. We believe that planning is about placemaking and communities, not just process and targets. Planning and regeneration should be creative, entrepreneurial, participatory activities. We bring a range of high-level skills and extensive experience, but also have a friendly, informal and down-to-earth approach. Clients range from UK professional bodies and national membership organisations to local councils and local community groups. UVE is a partner in the national Neighbourhood Planning support programme, led by Locality and funded by DLUHC. In addition, UVE is a Design Council strategic partner and also has IHBC Historic Environment Service Provider Recognition (HESPR).
