When their paths crossed it did not take long for Sapinot to arise out of their shared passion. The name Sapinot refers to the typical characteristics of their favorite grape, Pinot Noir, which is synonym for Finesse, Elegance and Juiciness. It goes without saying Sapinot has a strong connection to Burgundy but the search for ’Sapinot’ wines has also led us to other regions like the Loire valley, Champagne, Languedoc, Corsica and even beyond the French borders.
