We are a Latin American organization with the objective of shaping a more diverse, inclusive and competitive digital economy, which opens opportunities for each woman to develop her potential and, in this way, transform the future of Latin America. Since 2014, when we started, more than 2,700 women from different parts of the region have been trained in our bootcamp as Web Developers or UX Designers. The graduates of our program today work in more than 1,000 companies that have opted for diversity and inclusion, adding them to their technological teams.
