Property Investment. We work with people looking to earn a very good return on investment. We source property, convert, refurbish and hold high cash flowing property. We work in partnership with investors providing a hands free route into rental property ownership. Project Management: We provide pre-construction services to property investors and developers where we prepare projects through the design and consent stages. We also tender work, agree contracts and Project Manage site works Land: We work with landowners and introduce to developers on sites of between 1 and 100 acres across the UK.
