The partners pursued the development, marketing and project selling of high-end leisure and residential projects and built the boutique firm to be the leading real estate authority in Region 1 of the country. In 2018, the partners expanded RCL Realty into the brokerage site of real estate. It added investment sales, Landlord & Tenant representation, hospitality advisory, research and valuation to its scope of corporate real estate services, and expanded its reach to cover the entire country. As a testament to its competence and excellence in service delivery, RCL Realty was awarded the Fastest Growing Real Estate Consultancy in the Philippines by Global Banking & Finance. In 2019, with a vision to go beyond local boarders, RCL Realty has partnered with NAI Global to become its exclusive affiliate in the Philippines. Now as NAI RCL Philippines, the company has taken the then boutique local brokerage firm to the global stage.
