Put simply, creativity is not in conflict with commerce. We research relevant business analogues, precedents, and trend forecasts. The design is also generated through an in-depth understanding of the customer’s needs and experience of our client’s business, as well as the ergonomics of the space. Needs entail usability, functionality, and familiarity. We are careful to consider what disadvantages come with a concept, business plan, or space.
