These three elements provide the cornerstones for our facilitation of practice, reflection and learning. We support individuals, teams and organisations to invest in and develop themselves – towards wisdom and mastery. This philosophy is the starting point for our coach training programmes, coaching masterclasses, individual coaching relationships and facilitated Action Learning Sets. We also run Leadership Development programmes for small and medium sized enterprises. Alchemy is passionate about developing materials to help people and to share them whenever possible.
