Richards & Evans Commercial Lawyers is a commercial law firm in Adelaide with broad-ranging expertise. Two of the three partners, Lucy Richards and Tom Evans have each been practising commercial law in Adelaide for well over a decade, while Rob Richards has been practicing over more than four decades. Rob and Lucy both come from a commercial advisory / transactions-based background in large city-based law firms. Tom is principally a litigator, having worked at city-based law firms for over a decade. Richards & Evans Commercial Lawyers was formerly known as Richards Commercial Lawyers and was established by Rob in 2001. Lucy joined the firm in 2010, and in July 2017, the firm has changed its name, upon Tom joining the partnership. Our boutique size, and our depth and breadth of knowledge mean that we are keenly responsive to our clients’ needs. We can resource up or down as required.
