Since 2017 Bamrec has been providing recreational activities, courses, and trips for youth in the Bay Area Community. We aim to encourage creativity, build character, and inspire confidence. We do this by hiring young mentors who are energetic and hard working to encourage the younger generation that they are capable of achieving their dreams. Company Culture: 
 The work hard, play hard environment has never been truer than at the BAMREC office. We are a fast-paced, team-oriented company, always looking for the next challenge. We encourage each other to be creative, innovative, and pro-active. Though some days may be long, we like to de-stress, unwind, and engage in our favorite hobbies. We value diversity, unique skillsets, and being true to oneself.
