Total Performance Factory proudly provides training for people who are novice exercisers to people who have been avid exercisers their whole life. We train sports teams and elite athletes as well, which proves we truly don't believe in a one size fits all approach to running a gym or a training facility. The trainers we have all share a common goal, results for our clients, and we simply believe in hard work to achieve this. With more than 25 years of strength and conditioning between us, we are continually learning and improving the way we use our equipment and train people.
