Mental Health for Every Adolescent (MHEA) is a student led initiative that aims to spread awareness about and destigmatize mental health among high school students. We are a team of nine undergraduates and an extensive network of volunteers who conduct our interactive peer-led workshops in different schools. In the four months since we've launched, we've reached more than a 1000 students across 3 countries and are still expanding.
