Established in 2011, the Sebbag Group (SG), a mining and management consultancy practise, provides expert corporate, technical and operational advice to companies in the mining industry. The organisation was founded by Michael Sebbag an international experienced mining and management professional. SG has developed systems and processes to ensure best outcomes are achieved via cost effective and practical solutions addressing industry challenges. Consulting work is currently provided to companies and financial institutions with a particular focus on mining engineering services to companies and boards. Board Consultant service include the following: - Provide independent mining industry expertise on M&A, project peer review and DD. - Advice on corporate following areas corporate governance, risk management, strategic planning, OHS, stakeholder management, community engagement - Short term board executive and non-executive board services.
