Formed in 2003 by Donald Gspann, Concept Professional Systems, Inc. (CPS) is successor to the SoundArts Company, Inc., Pro Audio Department. The formation of the new company was brought about by the retirement of the senior owner of SoundArts Company, Inc. The pro audio department had been formed over 20 years ago by Donald Gspann in response to the growing demand for highquality, professional audio production and services. CPS continues the tradition of providing the best customer service and using the latest technologies.
